Tambo TA-3 with 4.95-inch display and 5MP cameras launched for Rs 4,999

Indian handset maker Tambo Mobiles made its debut in the Indian handset market last month. The handset maker marked its arrival with the launch of three smartphones under the Superphones series and six feature phones under the Powerphones series. Now, the handset maker has gone ahead and added yet another smartphone to its Superphones series called Tambo TA-3. The entry-level handset flaunts good cameras and 4G VoLTE support as its highlights.

The Tambo TA-3 comes with a 4.95-inch display with a layer of 2.5D curved glass on top. For performance, there is a quad-core MediaTek 6737 processor ticking at its core. However, the RAM of the smartphone has not yet been revealed by the brand. As for the storage, the smartphone comes with 16GB of storage onboard, which can be further expanded up to 64GB using a microSD card. In the optics department, the smartphone gets a 5MP shooter on each panel with dual LED flash on the rear and a dedicated selfie flash on the front. For security, there is a fingerprint scanner on the rear panel. The brand has also not revealed the battery capacity and the Android version on the handset.

Tambo is offering the TA-3 in three colour options – Jet Black, Champagne, and Metallic Blue. The smartphone will be made available with retail outlets across the country and will set you back by Rs 4,999. Tambo is also providing service warranty of 200 days replacement and one-time screen replacement within a year from the date of purchase.
