Best phones in India with stock Android
“These are the best smartphones with vanilla Android in India”
Google’s Android operating system currently has the largest user base in the smartphone industry with over 90 percent share. This is because Google allows manufacturers to tweak the operating system and slap their own custom skin and bloatware on it. However, there are still Android purists, who like to use the operating system the way it was intended to be. Google has been offering the same experience through its erstwhile Nexus series and now with the Pixel series of smartphones.
However, being a premium range, these smartphones are not within the reach of many. Google was quick to realise this and initiated the Android One program. As part of the initiative, Google tied up with various brands like HMD Global and Xiaomi to launch affordable devices with stock Android out of the box. Therefore, now we have smartphones starting from budget segment up to high-end flagship devices with stock Android pre-installed. Therefore, if you are looking for a smartphone with the vanilla Android, read on to find out the top handsets offering the same.
