iVOOMi V5 with 5-inch shatterproof display and 4G LTE launched for Rs 3,499

iVOOMi has expanded its range of entry-level smartphones with the launch of the iVOOMi V5. The budget 4G LTE-enabled offering boasts a shatterproof display. The phone has arrived soon after the company launched the iVOOMi i2 (first impressions) a couple of weeks ago, which is the brand’s latest budget device with an 18:9 display and a dual camera setup at the rear.

The iVOOMi V5 features a 5-inch FWVGA display, and boots Android 7.0 Nougat out of the box. The phone is powered by a 1.2GHz quad-core processor, aided by 1GB of RAM. The storage capacity on board is 8GB, which can be further increased by inserting a microSD card. At the rear, the phone has a 5-megapixel rear snapper with an LED flash, and for selfies it has a 5MO snapper. The connectivity features include 4G LTE, VoLTE, dual-SIM slots, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, and GPS. A 2,800mAh battery keeps the phone running.

The iVOOMi V5 has been priced at Rs 3,499, and comes in Jade Black and Champagne Gold hues. The phone is available exclusively on Snapdeal. The company has collaborated with Reliance Jio to offer a cashback of Rs 2,200 on the V5.
