Jio offers OPPO smartphone users benefits of up to Rs 4,900 on select recharges

India’s emerging telecom operator Reliance Jio has collaborated with the Chinese electronics giant OPPO to launch a new Jio OPPO Monsoon offer. As part of the promotional scheme, the telco is offering high-speed 4G data of up to 3.2TB and discounts of up to Rs 4,900 on the prepaid recharges of Rs 198 or Rs 299 to OPPO smartphone users. The offer is only available for new OPPO smartphone buyers, whether they are already Jio subscribers or get a new connection.

If OPPO phone users with a Reliance Jio connection make a recharge of Rs 198 per month for 39 months, they get 1.5GB of data per day for the said duration. This results in a total of 2.13TB of data for 39 months. Those who make a recharge of Rs 299 per month for 39 months will get 3GB of data per day for 28 days, resulting in a total of 3.2TB of data for the period.

As for the discounts, Jio OPPO Monsoon offer provides up to Rs 4,900 of cashback or other benefits for new OPPO smartphone buyers. Customers who perform their first Jio prepaid recharge of Rs 198 or Rs 299 will receive an instant cashback of Rs 1,800 in the form of 36 vouchers of Rs 50. These vouchers can be used to get a discount of Rs 50 every time while making a recharge of Rs 198 or Rs 299.

Additionally, new OPPO phone users will get Rs 1,800 JioMoney digital wallet credit as part of the Jio OPPO Monsoon offer. The credit will be offered in three equal tranches of up to Rs 600, post 13th, 26th and 39th recharge of Rs 198 or Rs 299 prepaid plan. Those recharging for Rs 198 tariff will get only Rs 600 JioMoney credit, while those performing a recharge of Rs 299 will get Rs 1,800.

Lastly, Reliance Jio is offering MakeMyTrip coupons worth Rs 1,300 for under the new promotional offer. The offer kicked off yesterday and is available until an undisclosed date.
