OPPO Find X confirmed to come with Snapdragon 845 SoC, 8GB RAM and 256GB storage
“The Find X will be the brand’s next-gen flagship with 5x Dual Camera Zoom and 5G support”
OPPO is all set to unveil its next-gen flagship smartphone dubbed the Find X at an event in Paris on June 19th. Ahead of the unveiling, we have already seen a number of leaks and reports regarding the upcoming OPPO offering. The company had already confirmed a couple of key features of the device like support for 5x Dual Camera Zoom and 5G. Now the brand has released a poster for the flagship, and has confirmed three more core specs of the handset.
Using the poster, OPPO has revealed that the Find X will be powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 845 processor, just like most of the recently launched flagships. The processor will be accompanied by a massive 8GB of RAM and a large internal storage of 256GB. It’s likely that OPPO will be introducing other RAM and storage variants of the Find X as well.
Earlier, OPPO announced that the Find X will flaunt a periscope-style dual primary camera module with a wide-angle lens and a telephoto lens offering up to 5x Dual Camera Zoom. OPPO says that this tech is 10 percent slimmer than a standard smartphone featuring 2x optical zoom. Furthermore, the brand revealed that the Find X will come with Super VOOC Flash Charge technology, which is capable of fully charging a 2,500mAh battery within 15 minutes.
OPPO had also revealed that the Find X will come with support for 5G networks, and feature 3D structured light for enhanced secure payments, 3D reconstruction, AR, and gaming. The handset is expected to come with a bezel-free display and boot Android Oreo out of the box. We should have more details about the flagship in a matter of days, so stay tuned.
