Tata DoCoMo’s new Rs 99 prepaid plan offers 1.4GB of daily data benefits for a month
“DoCoMo’s new plan is targeted towards data users”
Ever since the commercial launch of Mukesh Ambani-led Reliance Jio, the Indian telecom market has seen a number of consolidations. From having a number of operators in the country, now only a few key players are remaining. However, despite being acquired by Bharti Airtel in 2017, Tata DoCoMo seems to be trying to fight back as the brand has just launched a new data-centric prepaid plan.

As reported by Telecom Talk, Tata DoCoMo has released a new Rs 99 tariff for its prepaid subscribers. The pack offers 1.4GB of data benefits per day with a validity of 28 days. In total, the telco is offering a whopping 39.2GB of data under Rs 100. However as compared to similar plans from other operators, Tata DoCoMo’s latest pack doesn’t come with any voice calling or SMS benefits.
The telco says that its latest Rs 99 prepaid plan isn’t intended for commercial usage and the data roaming facility is available only on Tata Teleservices’ own sites. In other networks, users will be charged as per the base tariff plan. It’s worth mentioning that post consumption of 1.4GB/day, you will be charged 10 paise per MB.
Tata DoCoMo’s latest prepaid plan is available across the country for prepaid users who are still using its network in ICR (Intra Circle Roaming) with Airtel. Notably, as of March 2018, Tata DoCoMo reportedly had over 31 million subscribers.from 91mobiles.com https://ift.tt/2Kbnv59
