Reliance JioFi now available for an effective price of Rs 499 with Jio Postpaid plan

Reliance Jio offers the JioFi hotspot dongle with attractive postpaid and prepaid plans in India. The JioFi device, which is priced at Rs 999, will now effectively cost Rs 499 as part of the telecom operator’s new offer. The company announced its Jio Postpaid plan, which entails a cashback of Rs 500 after a year of usage, thus bringing down the effective price of the dongle.

To be eligible for the offer, users will have to buy a new JioFi device along with new Jio Postpaid SIM. The user is then required to use the same SIM in the same device for a duration of 12 months to get a cashback of Rs 500. Upon completion of 12 monthly postpaid billings, the amount will be credited in the account of the user and will be adjusted against the future billing on the device. Jio has also announced a new Rs 199 monthly plan for the users, which delivers unlimited data with no FUP and 50 paise per minute on international calling.

Those interested in the new plan can pick up their new JioFi device from the nearest store, starting July 3rd.
