TECNO Camon iTwin with 6-inch HD+ display and dual rear cameras launched for Rs 11,499

In May this year, TECNO Mobile expanded its range of budget smartphones with the launch of the Camon iCLICK (first impressions) in India. Today, the company has added yet another phone to its Camon series called the Camon iTwin. The handset comes as a budget offering with an aspect ratio of 18:9 and dual cameras at the back.

Talking about the core specs, the TECNO Camon iTwin sports a 6-inch HD+ display with an aspect ratio of 18:9 and a 2.5D curved glass on top. The handset offers a unibody design with a matte finish on the back along with a fingerprint sensor. Powering the phone is a 1.4GHz 64-bit quad-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 425 processor, aided by 3GB of RAM. The storage capacity on board is 32GB, which can be further increased by up to 128GB by inserting a microSD card.

At the rear, the TECNO Camon iTwin offers a 13-megapixel primary camera with f/2.0 aperture aided by a 2-megapixel secondary snapper. The camera module is accompanied by a quad-LED flash. On the front, there’s a 13-megapixel shooter with a dedicated LED flash unit and an aperture of f/2.0, and support for AI Beauty and AI Portrait modes. Software-wise, the handset runs HiOS-based on Android 8.0 Oreo out of the box. The 4G-enabled offering is fuelled by a 4,000mAh battery.

The TECNO Camon iTwin has been priced at Rs 11,499. The phone will be available in the country through major brick and mortar stores across the country in Midnight Black and Champagne Gold hues.
