Fossil Q Venture HR and Q Explorist HR smartwatches launched in India starting at Rs 19,995

“Fossil’s latest smartwatches offer GPS and Wear OS”

Fossil has expanded its range of smartwatches in India with the launch of the Q Venture HR and Q Explorist HR. The brand’s latest wearables are powered by Google’s Wear OS, and come with a number of sensors for fitness and activity tracking. The accessories are equipped with NFC to let you make digital payments on the go using Google Pay.

The Fossil Q Venture HR and Q Explorist HR are fuelled by Qualcomm’s Snapdragon Wear 2100 platform. The wearables are equipped with heart rate sensors, which let you automatically track your heart rate during logged exercises with Google Fit. New untethered GPS functionalities on board allow you to track walks, runs, hikes, bike rides, and more via Google Fit and third-party apps without having to pair with your smartphone.

The new Fossil smartwatches are sportier than their predecessors and come with a swim-proof design (3ATM water-resistant rating). The wearables can be equipped with interchangeable straps and bracelets. The accessories offer wireless syncing and magnetic charging, and deliver up to 24 hours of battery life based on the usage. The Bluetooth-enabled smartwatches are compatible with devices running iOS 9.3+ and Android 4.4+ (excluding Android Go). The Q Venture HR sports a 40mm dial, while the Q Explorist HR features a 45mm dial.

Pricing of the Fossil Q Venture HR and Q Explorist HR will range between Rs 19,995 and Rs 21,995. They will be available to purchase by the end of October.
