Lenovo launches two Android Go tablets alongside three more slates

Chinese manufacturer, Lenovo has added a bunch of Android tablets to its lineup. The latest models include a trio of affordable slates including the Lenovo Tab E7, Tab E8, and Tab E10. In addition, the brand has also introduced a couple of mid-range slate dubbed the Lenovo Tab M10 and Tab P10. Notably, the Tab E7 and E10 are the first Android Oreo (Go Edition) powered slates from the company. As far as the Tab M10 and P10 go, they both run Android Oreo.
Coming to the specifications, the Lenovo Tab E7 is a 7-inch slate with a resolution of 1,024 x 600 pixels. The tablet is powered by a 1.3GHz MediaTek MT8167 or MT8321 SoCs, depending on its Wi-Fi and 3G models. The SoCs have been paired with 1GB of RAM and 16GB expandable storage. For imaging, the tab sports a 2MP rear camera and a VGA front camera. The entire unit is fuelled by 2,750mAh battery, which is touted to deliver 5 hours of video playback.
Moving on to the another new Lenovo tablet, the Tab E8 sports a bigger 8-inch display and a beefy 4,850mAh battery, as compared to its sibling. At its core, it gets a quad-core MediaTek MT8162B SoC, paired with a gigabyte of RAM and 16GB expandable storage. In the optics optics department, the tablet offers a 5-megapixel rear camera and a 2-megapixel front camera.

The third E-series tablet, the Tab E10, flaunts a 10-inch 1,280 x 800 display with a Qualcomm Snapdragon 210 SoC ticking at its core. The slate comes with the same camera hardware as the Tab E8, while its other specs include 2GB of RAM, 16GB inbuilt storage, and a 4,850mAh battery.

As for the high-end Lenovo Tab P10 and Tab M10 tablets, both are equipped with a 10.1-inch HD IPS LCD display and Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 450 chipset. The Tab M10, which is more affordable out of the duo, comes with 3GB of RAM, 32GB storage, dual speakers, a 5MP rear shooter, a 2MP front camera, and a 4,850mAh battery.

Whereas the Tab P10 comes with a massive 7,000mAh battery and includes a fingerprint sensor for enhanced security. The tablet’s other features include up to 4GB of RAM, 64GB storage, four speakers for an immersive media experience, an 8MP rear camera shooter and a 5MP front camera.
Lenovo has priced its new tablets competitively starting at $69.99 (~Rs 4,900) for the Tab E7, followed by $99.99 (~Rs 7,000) for the Tab E8 and $129.99 (~Rs 9,000) for the Tab E10. While the Lenovo Tab E7 and E10 tablets will be up for grabs on Walmart’s website in October, the Tab E8 slate is already available to buy.
Unfortunately, Lenovo hasn’t announced the pricing and availability of the Tab M10 and Tab P10 tablets as of now, but we will let you know as soon as we hear anything.
