Xiaomi Mi A2 could cost Rs 17,499 in India, reveals early Amazon listing

Xiaomi is all set to launch its latest Android One smartphone called the Mi A2 in India. The phone will be available exclusively on Amazon India. Now just a few hours ahead of the launch, the e-commerce portal has leaked the pricing of one of the Mi A2 variants in the country. The phone was available to pre-order briefly on Amazon India, which revealed its pricing details.

As per the pre-order page, the Xiaomi Mi A2 could be priced at Rs 17,499 in India. This price is for the 4GB RAM and 64GB storage variant of the smartphone. As of now, there’s no word regarding the pricing of the 4GB + 32GB and 6GB + 128GB models of the handset. Also, it is not clear if the company will be launching all three variants of the smartphone in the country. We will, however, find out about that in a matter of hours.

To recap, the Xiaomi Mi A2 Android One smartphone sports a premium design, a rear-mounted fingerprint sensor, and the stock version of Android Oreo. The phone gets a 5.99-inch full HD+ screen, and is fuelled by a Snapdragon 660 processor. The camera specs include a dual 12MP + 20MP sensor setup at the rear and a 20MP front shooter. The other specs include 4G LTE, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, USB Type-C, A-GPS, and a 3,010mAh battery.
