Samsung Experience 10 UI features leaked via beta build; roll out expected soon
“The Experience 10 UI will reportedly bring scene detection and flaw detection camera features to compatible devices”
Samsung will be rolling out the beta version of the alleged Experience 10 UI in the near future. The latest iteration of the company’s custom skin is expected to run on top of Google’s newest Android 9 Pie OS. Just over a month ago, the alpha build of Samsung’s UI software was leaked to its fullest. Now, ahead of the official announcement, the folks at XDA Developers managed to experience the features of the latest build of Samsung’s upcoming UI.

Samsung’s Experience 10 now seems more stable, while the design remains largely unchanged. The new build has reportedly improved the software’s night theme mode. Previously, even after activating the dark mode, the device would show white cards on top of black background. This has now been replaced by black cards on top of black background.

Moving on, the gesture-based navigation on the Experience 10 that was facing issues in the past has now been tipped to be working fine. Once this feature is added to Samsung smartphones, users will benefit from slightly more screen real estate with the exclusion of on-screen navigation buttons. All a user will have to do is swipe up from the left side to go back or swipe up from the right to bring up multitasking menu.
The beta version of Experience 10 is also reported to have the Scene Optimiser and Flaw Detection camera features, which were earlier exclusive to the Galaxy Note9, to improve the final look of photos.
The Samsung Experience 10 beta is said to be rolled out to the limited number of Galaxy S9 and S9+ users in countries such as the US, UK, and South Korea. However, Samsung is yet to announce an official launch date.
