The new revelation comes from Twitter user, @nokiamobileru, who simply posted that the Nokia 9 will not be presented on December 5th. This comes as a shock for those awaiting the flagship as the Nokia 9 happens to be one of the most anticipated flagships of the recent times. With the December 5th launch date ruled out, we can expect the handset to be unveiled at the Mobile World Congress to be held in February next year. Further, the brand recently teased the launch of Nokia 8.1 in India and we can expect the same to be unveiled at the upcoming event as well.

To recap on Nokia 9, the smartphone is tipped to come with a 5.9-inch display with QHD resolution, under-display fingerprint scanner and 18:9 aspect ratio as revealed by 3D renders and 360-degree video. The smartphone is speculated to run Android 9 Pie out of the box in its stock avatar. Other specifications of the flagship include Qualcomm Snapdragon 845 processor, up to 8GB of RAM, 128GB storage, a 4,150mAh battery and water- and dust-resistance.
The pricing of the device isn’t known as of now, but we can safely assume this will be the most expensive Nokia flagship yet. We will bring you more updates on the upcoming flagship as and when they emerge, so stay tuned.
