Samsung Galaxy Note9 in Pure White colour reportedly launching on November 23rd

After the recent render leak, there are reports that Samsung could launch its Galaxy Note9 (review) smartphone in Pure White hue on November 23rd. The company is expected to take the wraps off the device in Taiwan. The new variant ahead of the Christmas and Snowy season will join the extended colour family of the Galaxy Note9, which is already available in Midnight Black, Ocean Blue, Lavender Purple, Metallic Copper, and Cloud Silver (in the US only) options.

Samsung is yet to confirm the launch date. Meanwhile, the report further points that the Galaxy Note9 Pure White in Taiwan could cost TWD30,900 (~Rs 72,999) for the 6/128 GB variant and TWD38,900 (~Rs 89,000) for the top-end model. As of now, it’s rumoured to launch in Taiwan, but we expect the variant to come in a few other markets as well.

In terms of specifications, the White color variant of the Galaxy Note9 is likely to be identical to the other color variants. To recall, the phone comes with a 6.4-inch QHD+ Super AMOLED display with an aspect ratio of 18:5:9. The device is driven by Exynos 9810/ Snapdragon 845, paired with 6GB of RAM. It comes in 128GB and 512GB storage options, with up to 512GB microSD card support.

On the imaging front, the Galaxy Note9 offers a dual rear camera setup consisting of 12MP+12MP sensors and an 8MP front selfie camera. Battery capacity of the smartphone is 4,000mAh with fast-charge and wireless charging support. Connectivity options include 4G LTE, VOLTE, NFC, Bluetooth 5.0, dual-band Wi-Fi, and GPS with GLONASS. Lastly, you get an updated S Pen Stylus with the phone that supports Bluetooth and lets you control songs and map custom features.
