nubia’s gaming-centric smartphone, the Red Magic (review), has launched in India. Originally launched back in April in China, the phone aims to offer an interesting prospect to buyers who are into gaming on smartphones. Unlike most smartphones in the market today, the nubia Red Magic has a bevelled back panel with customisable LED strip in the middle. The device dons a metal unibody design with tapered edges that keeps its thickness under 6.5mm. As for gaming, nubia claims that the Red Magic features an air convection cooling system that is claimed to dissipate heat effectively across its diamond-cut design without compromising on performance.

The nubia Red Magic priced in India has been set at Rs 29,999. The phone will be available for sale exclusively from Amazon.in starting from tomorrow, i.e. December 20th. There aren’t any colour options for this device, but nubia is offering the first few lucky buyers RedMagic Nerdz Earphones.

Coming to the specifications of nubia Red Magic, the handset sports a 6-inch Full-HD+ display with 18:9 aspect ratio and 85 percent NTSC color gamut. The storage onboard on this gaming phone is 128GB, which is non-expandable.
