Fitbit has announced three new fitness trackers in India — Fitbit Sense, Versa 3, and Inspire 2. The former two are smartwatches among which the Sense is the most advanced health wearable yet. The Fitbit Sense comes with flagship features like electrodermal activity (EDA) sensor to track stress levels, SpO2, ECG, and advanced heart rate tracking, among others. The Fitbit Sense is the world’s first smartwatch with an electrodermal activity (EDA) sensor that helps users manage stress by identifying any small electrical changes in the sweat level of the skin. Meanwhile, the Fitbit Versa 3 ships with GPS and Google Assistant support. The Fitbit Inspire 2 is claimed to offer the longest battery life of any Fitbit device at 10 days. It supports 20+ goal-based exercise modes, advanced sleep tools and 24/7 heart rate and health tracking.

Fitbit Sense’s new EDA sensor helps users understand the body’s response to stress and even helps you manage it. Using the EDA Scan app, you can place your palm on the face of the device to detect small electrical changes in the sweat level of your skin. You can also pair it with guided mindfulness sessions in the Fitbit app to see how the body responds during meditation or relaxation. The ECG app assesses heart rhythm for signs of atrial fibrillation (AFib) and the report can be downloaded to share with the doctor. There is a new skin temperature sensor to detect any changes, including a sign of a fever, illness and more.
Fitbit Sense comes with GPS, 20+ exercise modes, SmartTrack automatic activity tracking, Cardio Fitness level and advanced sleep tools. There is built-in speaker, microphone, Amazon Alexa or Google voice assistant, contactless payments and various clock faces. Fitbit Sense is water-resistant up to 50M, features an AMOLED display with an integrated ambient light sensor to automatically dim the screen for easier viewing and always-on display mode.
