7 wearables launched in India this week
With the festival season about to begin in India, many companies have been ramping up their production factories to launch new products in the Indian market. This week was no exception as five different companies launched their various products in the market, especially related to smartphone accessories. These companies include Boat, AQFIT, Noise, Ambrane, and Jabra. Let’s take a look at all of their products launched and their features.
BOAT VERTEX smartwatch specifications and price
Boat launched its Vertex smartwatch with sports a square-shaped capacitive touchscreen of 1.69 inches. Moreover, the smartwatch comes with highly advantageous sensors that enable wearers to track their sleep and health. The Vertex has an SPO2 sensor alongside a heart rate sensor to track all body health-related calculations. Aside from that, the wearer will be able to keep track of sleep patterns since the smartwatch comes with a built-in sleep tracker as well. The smartwatch offers eight Active Sports Modes. These include Football, Basketball, Badminton, Skipping, Cycling, Running, and Walking. Aside from that, users can keep track of the calories they burn, the steps they take, and even the distances they cover daily. The smartwatch on a single charge offers up to 10 days of battery life with IP67 dust and water resistance.
The Boat Vertex smartwatch is currently up for grabs via Boat’s official website and Flipkart, with a price tag of Rs 2499. Prospective buyers choose between four eye-catching color options including Cool Grey, Raging Red, Active Black, and Deep Blue.
AQFIT W12 smartwatch specifications and price
AQFIT has launched the W12 Smartwatch in India that comes with a 1.69-inch HD IPS display. The smartwatch has a 2.5D touch screen display wrapped in a light zinc magnesium alloy body with a durable bottom shell manufactured using the IML process. The watch further has an IP68 rating, which means it is dust and waterproof. Its 200mAh battery can last up to 30 days in standby mode and 7-10 days for daily activities. It features a low-power Real-Tek chipset RTL8762ck which combines the high performance of the RF transceiver with low power consumption.
The AQFIT W12 smartwatch will be available for order starting October 30th on Amazon. The watch has been priced at Rs 2,499. It comes in five different colours, including Light Grey, Black, Green, Grey, and Pink.
Noise Sense Bluetooth Neckband specifications and price
Noise Sense Bluetooth neckband-style earphones were launched last week in India. The earphones are powered by 10mm drivers and feature an inbuilt mic for calls. They come with touch controls for answering or rejecting calls, adjusting the volume, controlling music tracks, and more. The Noise Sense earphones support dual pairing with two devices at the same time. The earphones feature Bluetooth v5 for connectivity. The neckband-style earphones are IPX5 rated for sweat- and water resistance. The earphones come with a USB Type-C port for charging as well. Noise claims that an eight-minute charge can give the earphones up to eight hours of battery life, with a full charge offering up to 25 hours of battery life.
Noise Sense earphones are priced at Rs 1,099 which is a discounted price from their original cost of Rs. 2,499. It’s available in Blue and Black colours from Amazon and Noise Website.
Ambrane Dots Slay TWS earbuds specifications and price
Ambrane announced their new TWS last week named Dots Slay in India. The earbuds get IPX4 water resistance. It also features 8mm, dynamic drivers, with boosted bass. The TWS gets a 600mAh battery which the company claims can provide up to 38 hours of playback time. Ambrane claims the TWS can play non-stop 8 hours of music on a single charge.
The Made in India TWS earbuds are priced at Rs 2,199 but it is currently available on Amazon and Flipkart for a discounted price of Rs 799.
Jabra Elite 7 Pro and Elite 7 specifications and price
The Jabra Elite 7 Pro and Elite 7 Active which were recently announced in India are now available for purchase here as well. These Elite 7 Pro come with Jabra’s MultiSensor Voice Technology. The technology combines a bone conduction sensor, four microphones, and intelligent algorithms to deliver crystal clear voice transmission during calls and reduce ambient noise. It offers ANC (Active Noise Cancellation) and HearThrough, which users can adjust to experience the immersive audio or let ambient sounds in, as and when required. The buds come with Google Assistant Alexa and Siri built-in, and there is an IP57 rating for dust and water protection.
The Elite 7 Active buds also come with ANC and HearThrough, but it is aimed towards fitness enthusiasts who are often involved in outdoor activities. Jabra claims that the buds come with a ShakeGrip coating and liquid silicone rubber build. The buds are also IP57 rated.
The Jabra Elite 7 Pro will cost Rs 18,999, with the Elite 7 coming with a price tag of Rs15,999. Both will go on sale in India starting November 1st. They will be sold via online stores, and retail stores, including Amazon, Flipkart, Croma, Reliance, and Jabra Authorised resellers.
