Intex Aqua Lions T1 Lite VR budget smartphone launched for Rs 4,499

Earlier this year in February, Intex launched its budget 4G LTE-enabled smartphone called the Aqua Lions T1 Lite. Now, the company has released a successor to the phone called the Intex Aqua Lions T1 Lite VR. The new variant of the handset comes bundled with a VR headset, which allows you to enjoy virtual reality content from several sources. The handset has been listed on the vendor’s website, and is available through one of the e-tailers in the country.

Talking about the features, the Intex Aqua Lions T1 Lite VR is a budget offering that boots Android 7.0 Nougat. The phone offers a 5-inch display bearing a resolution of 480 x 854 pixels. Powering the handset is a 1.3GHz quad-core Spreadtrum SC9832A processor, aided by 1GB of RAM. The storage capacity on board is 8GB, which can be further increased by up to 64GB by inserting a microSD card.

The camera department on the Aqua Lions T1 Lite VR includes a 5MP autofocus primary shooter at the rear and a 2MP secondary selfie snapper on the front, both aided by dedicated LED-flash units. The connectivity department includes 4G LTE, dual-SIM slot, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, and GPS. A 2,200mAh battery with up to 10 hours of claimed talk time keeps the phone running.

The Intex Aqua Lions T1 Lite VR has been priced at Rs 4,499. The phone is available exclusively on Naaptol e-tailer’s website at the moment.
