Panasonic P90 with 5-inch HD display and selfie flash launched for Rs 5,599

Japanese handset maker, Panasonic offers budget smartphones with premium features through its P-series. The last launch from the brand in this series came in the form of Panasonic P95, which brought features like face and voice recognition to the entry level segment. Now, the handset maker has gone ahead and launched the next in line, Panasonic P90, in India.
The latest smartphone from the brand comes with a 5-inch display bearing a 1,280 x 720 pixels screen resolution. The display comes with a layer of 2.5D curved Corning Gorilla Glass on top for protection against minor scratches and nicks. In the performance department, the handset gets a 1.2GHz quad-core MediaTek MT6737 processor in the driving seat. The chipset is further mated to a gig of RAM and 16GB native storage, which can be expanded up to 128GB using a microSD card. For imaging, the smartphone gets 5-megapixel shooters with LED flash, one each on the front and rear panel. The Panasonic P90 boots Android 7.0 Nougat out of the box and is powered by a 2,400mAh battery.

Panasonic is offering the P90 in three hues – blue, black and gold. The device is slated to go on sale starting June 20th at major retail stores and will set you back by Rs 5,599.
