Huawei Nova 3 new red colour variant leaked in live image

On July 11, Huawei unveiled its Nova 3 phone with four cameras and a notched display in China. The phone is expected to land in India on July 26th, as per a teaser posted on Amazon India. Meanwhile, a new colour variant of the Nova 3 is reportedly in works and is expected to join its existing colour variants, which include purple, black, blue, and gold.

A still of Huawei Nova 3 Red colour variant has featured on Weibo – China’s micro-blogging site. The phone is placed face down next to the Huawei Mate RS Porsche Design, which was launched in March this year in Paris. 

To recall, the Huawei Nova 3 was launched with 6.3-inch full HD+ 19.5:9 aspect ratio display. It rocks octa-core Kirin 970 SoC, integrated with Mali-G72 GPU, GPU Turbo technology, and 6GB of RAM. The phone comes running on Android 8.1 Oreo with EMUI 8.2 out of the box, and it packs a 3,700mAh battery.

In the camera department, the phone flaunts 16-megapixel+24-megapixel sensors on the rear with f/1.8 and f/1.8 aperture lens, PDAF, continuous autofocus (CAF), and AI scene detection. On the front, you get a dual 24MP + 2MP camera setup with the former sensor offering an aperture of f/2.0.

The Huawei Nova 3 sale starts from July 20 onwards in China. The company is yet to reveal the pricing details of the phone. We should have its pricing and availability details for India on July 26th, so stay tuned.
