Ultimate Ears WONDERBOOM portable Bluetooth speaker launched for Rs 6,995

Ultimate Ears (UE), a California based audio equipment brand, has updated its product lineup in India today, with the launch of the WONDERBOOM Freestyle collection speaker. It’s a portable and waterproof speaker that can deliver music on the go with Bluetooth connectivity. Interestingly, the company is offering the WONDERBOOM speakers in five designs – concrete, avocado, patches, raspberry and unicorn – “to match every vibe”.

Owing to its round shape, the WONDERBOOM speaker is touted to deliver balanced and crisp sound 360-degree. It is IPX7 certified, which means it can be immersed in water up to one meter or for up to 30 minutes. Moreover, Ultimate Ears claims that the speaker is drop-proof from up to five feet, offers a max 100-foot wireless Bluetooth range, and is fueled by a battery that can last up to 10 hours. The WONDERBOOM also sports a hanging loop up top to make it easy for the owners to carry it around or attach to a bag.

The Ultimate Ears WONDERBOOM speaker is priced in India at Rs 6,995. It’s available for sale at Croma and other leading outlets across the country. The speaker comes with two-year warranty, hardware only.
