Earlier this year, Lava launched the Lava Prime X in India, which happens to be its first designed and made in India feature phone. Now, the brand has followed the Prime X with the launch of its latest – Lava Prime Z. The new launch is a feature phone that comes with a premium glossy design and five days battery backup with Super Battery Mode.

Lava is offering the Prime Z in India at an attractive price point of Rs 1,900 and a single piano black hue. The handset can be grabbed from over 72,000 offline retail stores in India and comes with a 2-year replacement warranty from the brand. Lava is also offering 30 days “Money back challenge”, where users can return the Prime Z at any Lava service centre within 30 days of purchase and get the entire money refunded, if not satisfied with the performance.

The Polycarbonate-clad feature phone comes with a 2.4-inch QVGA display layered with a 3D curved glass. Below the display, you will find the conventional T9 keypad with soft keys and navigation pad. The Dual SIM handset supports 2G network and microSD cards up to 32GB. The brand has equipped the phone with MP4 player and wireless FM radio with amplifier for improved audio output. Apart from these, the Prime Z also comes with a 1.3-megapixel rear camera, which can click pictures and record videos as well. The camera is also accompanied by a single LED flash for low-light photography.

Powering the phone is a 1,200mAh battery, which Lava claims can deliver five days of backup with the help of Super Battery Mode. The phone also offers support for 22 Indian regional languages and auto call recording feature.
