Marvel’s Spider-Man Remastered, Spider-Man: Miles Morales coming to PC soon
Sony hosted the PlayStation State of Play for June 2022 a few hours ago, which featured several announcements for upcoming games. During the event, Sony announced that the PlayStation-exclusive Marvel’s Spider-Man series is coming to PC. Marvel’s Spider-Man and Marvel’s Spider-Man: Miles Morales will be launching for PC later this year. The Spider-Man franchise has some of the most successful and popular games on PlayStation, which are finally coming to PC. After Horizon Zero Dawn, God of War, and Uncharted, Spider-Man series is the next major PlayStation-exclusive franchise to come to PC.
In PlayStation blog, Sony has announced that Spider-Man Remastered will launch on PC on August 12 and Spider-Man: Miles Morales will launch later this year. Spider-Man Remastered will feature the base campaign and The City That Never Sleeps DLC. Although the tech specs for the remaster haven’t been revealed yet, Sony has confirmed that the game will have adjustable render settings and ray-traced reflections. Spider-Man Remastered will be available to download via Steam and Epic Games Store on August 12. Sony will share details regarding the price and system requirements of Spider-Man Remastered soon. Details about Spider-Man: Miles Morales PC version will be revealed later.
As both Spider-Man and Miles Morales are now coming to PC, we can expect more PlayStation exclusives to make their way to PC. Sony will most likely announce even more PC ports in the coming months. New leaks from Joe Miller suggest that Returnal and Sackboy: A Big Adventure could come to PC soon. The images shared by Joe Miller show settings screen from both games for graphics adjustments and mouse and keyboard controls. Sony is expected to share some details about Returnal and Sackboy PC versions soon.
